Jeff Ge is the Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Boyd Corporation with more than 25 years of global supply chain experience.

Most recently, Jeff served as Vice President of Operations on Advanced Supply Chain for the future of workspace at Steelcase Inc., a leading global provider for office furniture and office space. Prior to that, he was the Chief Procurement Officer at Steelcase, where he built a strong team and supplier network to achieve global scale, global skill and local agility. He aligned value chain partners on development and execution of material group strategies to transform the eco system into a value creator and accelerator for bottom and top line growth, asset management, and innovation. He has also served as VP of Asia Pacific Operations and Supply Chain at Steelcase Inc., along with other numerous senior-level roles within Steelcase Inc. including Director of Asia Pacific Operations and Supply Chain, Director of China Operations and Supply Chain and General Manager of Shenzhen China.

His areas of expertise include developing and executing Global Supply Chain Strategy, Global Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, Global Manufacturing, Global Logistics, Lean Management Systems, Design Thinking Process, Global SOP (sales and operations planning) and Order Fulfillment, Quality Management, Operations Finance, Financial Modeling, Acquisition Diligence, Competitive Analysis, P&L Management, Supply Chain Integration, Restructuring and Turnarounds, Global Cross Functional Team Management, Private Equity Management and Continuous Process Improvement.

He holds Master’s degrees in Supply Chain Management and Finance from Michigan State University, Bachelor’s degrees in Automobile Engineering and Environmental Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China as well as certifications from the University of Michigan for lean and supply chain. He was a Board Director for Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University from Jan 2008 to Dec 2013 and for the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council in 2016.
