Mitch Aiello is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Boyd Corporation. He joined Boyd in 1999 as the Director of Sales and Marketing and was appointed President in 2003. He has led the organization with consistently strong financial performance and aggressive organic growth during his tenure and has identified, vetted and integrated numerous strategic acquisitions through multiple financial sponsors. His efforts at Boyd have yielded a business platform second to none within the markets served and has positioned the company well for profitable, future growth.

Mitch has more than 20 years of experience in highly engineered, custom manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining Boyd, he was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Custom Plastic Molding Inc. He was also the National Sales Manager for Preferred Technical Group, a Bain Capital portfolio company that was acquired from United Technologies/Echlin Automotive.
