Die cutting

Individual die-cutting methods, on the basis of various levels of automation, for economical production of small, medium and large volumes.

Your production determines the delivery form – in bulk, stacked, in magazines, on rolls, individually wrapped, full-surface or partially self-adhesive, bagged by quantity, in disposable or reusable packaging.

Island Placement

Production of self-adhesive wound care products with different carrier materials capable of full or selective coverage adhesive.

Lasering

Lasering lends itself to small, intricate parts, parts with complex contours and layer structure or small quantities. In this process, no tooling investment is required. Geometric changes can be carried out easily and quickly.

By the integration of laser technology into a rotary die-cutter, parts with extremely thin bridges or very small holes can be produced without problem, even in large quantities.

Lamination

Cold lamination, hot lamination, vacuum lamination, multi-layer lamination, sandwich structures and full-surface or partial adhesive lamination on non self-adhesive materials.

Cutting

We individually cut semi-finished products on CNC-controlled circular saws, roll slitters, log slitting machines and paper-cutting machines.

Welding

The joining and bonding of plastics and specific parts can, dependent on the source material, be achieved by ultrasonic welding or RF welding.

Milling

On our CNC-controlled processing centre with automatic tool changer, we process hard materials which, because of their thickness, cannot be further processed using die-cutting techniques.

Prototypes

Without manual detours, we convert data directly and quickly into work pieces. With these quickly-produced prototypes, you can be certain that you have found the best solution, before deciding on a tool and investing in the production.

Packaging

Your requirements determine the delivery form and packaging needs: in bulk, stacked, on a roll or individually packed in bags, blister packs and end consumer marketable packaging units.

Sterilization

If requested, we carry out the established sterilization procedures in medical technology on your products. We work closely together with audited companies for sterilization needs with efficient processes.
